Dong-ling Li

Dong-ling joined Arup in 2007 and specialised in automotive crashworthiness and nonlinear time history analysis. She leads the Advanced Technology and Research team in Shanghai, with an emphasis on automotive computer-aided engineering, engineering software development and support, and seismic engineering.  

Dong-ling is a highly proficient technical engineer with extensive expertise in utilising LS-DYNA finite element analysis software for various applications.?Her areas of expertise include automotive crash analysis, building seismic analysis, battery analysis, and parapet analysis under vehicle impact. With a comprehensive background in nonlinear simulations within the automotive and civil industries, Dong-ling brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
