Terence leads Arup East Asia maritime team and is also the East Asia Maritime Skills Leader.
Terence is a chartered civil engineer and accredited project manager leading major multi-disciplinary coastal and maritime projects, including mega-size reclamation projects in Hong Kong and the Philippines. He also specialises in coastal resilience, piers, floating structures, immersed tube tunnels, marine traffic, nearshore/offshore renewable energy structures, ecological-friendly shoreline and planning and design of waterfront development.
Terence serves in the International Scientific Committee for the 4th World Conference on Floating Solutions in December 2024.
