David leads Arup’s Property team in the Americas Region and has worked on a number of the most notable tall buildings around the world including Marina Bay Sands, China Z15, China Resources HQ Shenzhen, and Songdo Northeast Asia Trade Tower.
He also developed the patented structural system for volumetric modular high rise construction utilized on 461 Dean Street (Atlantic Yards B2 Modular).
