Our programme covers three key learning pillars:

You will have access to:

  • Arup University to continue your learning and personal development

  • Ongoing mentoring from experienced practitioners in your field

  • Direct involvement with specialist skills networks both regionally and globally

  • Ongoing professional development (technical and non-technical) 

  • Support for career progression, chartership/professional qualification, and association membership


Eligibility

  • Applications are open to candidates who will have completed a relevant degree before the end of 2023

  • Candidates applying for roles in Australia and New Zealand are required to have full working rights in their chosen country

  • Candidates applying for roles in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia are required to hold citizenship or permanent residency in their chosen country  

  • Candidates must not have more than 12 months of experience in a similar role
