I think the best thing about working at Arup is the extra-ordinary projects that we get to work on. We really get to push the limits of modern technology and our own knowledge. Knowing that my work will be challenging is what makes it exciting. As a company, it really does promote innovation and quality of work as an outcome that is required rather than simply aimed for.

Since beginning my career, I’ve worked on a real variety of projects – everything from airports to railways to sports stadiums and even a cable car system! Because we have offices around the world, we get the opportunity to travel frequently to experience different cultures. I worked on many international design teams with projects located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Chengdu, Wuhan, Hunan, Nanning, Macau, etc.
Working at Arup has given me a great platform to accomplish my vision and to help shape a better world. I know that my work is of real value to people and that I’m helping to deliver the safest possible buildings.
