Arup and Hines have a long-standing relationship both in Russia and globally. Known as much for their quality Class A office developments as much as for their mega projects, Hines is the developer responsible for Ducat Place III, a first-class office building in Moscow.
We are responsible for structural, mechanical and electrical engineering for this 40,000m² office development in the heart of Moscow.
Ducat Place III, which broke ground in late 2003, is designed and constructed to international-quality standards with large, efficient floor plates and above-market, on-site parking. The glass-façade and modern design includes large expanses of column-free tenant space, maximising revenue for Hines and ensuring a spacious feel to the top of the range office space.
We have been also involved in Ducat Place II to refurbish offices into a fitness centre and consulting on the ventilation of the building.
